Nov-22-2009 All of us girls came out to the Forestville Stop and Shop to help Miss Mum collect turkeys for her annual Turkey Drive. The day was perfect and lots of people came! It might have been from the beautiful sign that was made for the Drive, it was very festive. We are lucky to say that the record of turkeys was beat from last year and the year before. Jessica's (MissMum) goal was 45 turkeys but we raised close to 70, and almost 15 hams as well! Former Miss Mum, Juli Bradley, came out to check out the seen and she helped us go shopping for more food to donate. I'm sure many families were able to have a happy holiday with lots of food to serve to their family.
